Shipping
Most items are pick up only at Gypsy Swag Boutique. With the exception of T-shirts, Tea Towels and Greeting cards which can be shipped.
We only ship inside the Continental United States and will not ship to PO Boxes.
Most orders can be ready within 24 hours of purchase.
Returns
48 hour return policy from time of purchase (if an item is shipped 48 hours after receipt of item.)
• We inspect all returned items. Products must be received in the following condition to qualify for a refund:
◦ The product must be in new or unused condition
◦ The product must be returned with all original product tags in place, and with all product inserts and accessories included.
◦ The product must be re-packaged in the original manufacturer packaging (when applicable) and shipping packaging (when possible).
• Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer's remorse returns, such as an item didn't fit, didn't like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
• We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
• Items that are categorized as non-returnable, final sale, or 'As-is' cannot be returned.
